Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

 We offer a strict 24-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed.

  • How to cancel: To request a cancellation, you must email our support team immediately at support@mj4kstore.com with your Order Number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST".

  • If your order has not shipped: If you contact us within 24 hours and your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If your order has already shipped: If your order has already been processed or shipped before we receive your cancellation request, we can no longer cancel the order. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and follow our standard Return Policy below.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

REFUNDS

 Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

EXCHANGES
